Hi! I’m a health psychologist based in sunny Arizona. I help people find calm, rest and balance while navigating anxiety, insomnia, chronic illness or changes in their health.
My approach is rooted in compassion, culture, and science. I believe when you understand the connection between your mind and body, you can feel empowered to make meaningful changes that last.
In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to lose touch with what matters most. I help clients slow down, reconnect with their values, and show themselves the same grace they offer everyone else.
Outside the office, you’ll find me reading (anything from mindfulness research to a good sci-fi mystery), practicing yoga, cycling, and soaking up time outdoors with my family.
My path to psychology began long before my formal training — watching loved ones face health challenges showed me how deeply physical and emotional health intertwine. Now, I’m honored to help others find calm, connection, and confidence as they navigate their own health journeys.
